This Friday , Sept. 7, we will be featuring two new farms at Bartertown: Soil Power Farms from Byron Center and Uptown Farm from right here in the City of Grand Rapids. Soil Power has been making a name for itself all year long, but this is the first for Uptown Farms to be featured in a restaurant.

We will be serving specials heavy in produce from both tomorrow. From Uptown Farm, a mild arugula, greens mix, mizuna greens, radishes and spinach. From Soil Power Farms, a stronger arugula, carrots, okra, eggplant, squash, basil, tomatoes, and beets.
